Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fertigungsbereichs mit derzeit 12 Mitarbeitenden und verantworten die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung sowie die Koordination der Fertigungsabläufe. Dabei stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Produktionsprozess sicher, identifizieren und beseitigen Engpässe und unterstützen bei Bedarf auch operativ. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören außerdem die Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, die Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen sowie die Überwachung und Auswertung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen zur Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen. Darüber hinaus treiben Sie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Fertigungsbereichs mithilfe geeigneter Problemlösungsmethoden voran, erstellen Dokumentationen und Berichte für angrenzende Schnittstellen und planen sowie begleiten interne und externe Audits.

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gießerei- oder Metallbereich, z.B. als Gießereimechaniker/Industriemechaniker (w/m/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Problemlösungsmethoden sowie eine ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität zeichnen Sie aus
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu begeistern und nachhaltig zu entwickeln
