Diese Position umfasst die fachliche Verantwortung für eine Fertigungslinie sowie die Sicherstellung eines effizienten und stabilen Produktionsablaufs. Dazu gehören die Planung des Personaleinsatzes, die Koordination der Fertigungsprozesse und die Beseitigung von Engpässen im Produktionsfluss. Ebenso werden die Anlagenverfügbarkeit überwacht, technische Störungen analysiert und entsprechende Maßnahmen zur Behebung eingeleitet. Auf Basis von Produktionsdaten werden Optimierungspotenziale identifiziert und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen vorangetrieben. Ergänzend erfolgt die Dokumentation sowie die Berichtserstattung an angrenzende Schnittstellen.

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich, z.B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker (w/m/d) oder Werkzeugmechaniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung oder Koordination von Teams ist von Vortei
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Einsatz von verschiedenen Problemlösungsmethoden und bringen eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit
