To ensure the safe, timely, and precise execution of the metal pouring process in the casting operation. This role is critical in maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient production flow in a high-temperature, fast-paced foundry environment.

- Inspect ceramic shells for proper insulation prior to the pour process.
- Load prepared shells into the preheat oven according to schedule.
- Safely manage and maintain molten metal storage and handling areas.
- Support sequencing of pouring operations to prevent contamination and ensure proper alloy control.
- Accurately and safely pour molten metal into molds in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety protocols, wearing required PPE and adhering to foundry guidelines.
- Assist with furnace and tooling maintenance as needed.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support production.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and consistency in all tasks.
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable working in extreme heat and around molten metal.
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of metallurgy or foundry operations is a plus but not required.
