- Bachelors Degree in engineering, business, marketing, sales or similar
- Significant experience in selling engineering components or products to OEMs in India and abroad
- Track record of closing enquiries and meeting sales targets
- Experience in managing or leading a team even if not in a formal role
- Clear communication and persuasion skills
